38 weeks

wow 38 weeks it really is so nice to see those single digits there on the right. My Mom and Myndee thought it would be fun to come and paint Felicity's room last week but didn't finish her room so all of her stuff is all over my house and my house is feeling quite cluttered and messy!! When/ if they ever finish the nursery I will post pictures...

I have had very little energy I have just wanted to stay home and be lazy I did have a doctor appointment yesterday I have made a little more progress she is even lower then last week but not quite dilated yet but pretty close to a 1:( I have another doc. appointment next Wednesday so hopefully I will make more progress this next week. Do any of you have good ideas to help getting labor going? I would love to hear them because I really don't want to have to be induced because I would really love to go without an epidural and I've heard being induced make labor harder!!

I can't believe it is SNOWING outside really Mother Nature it is the end of April it is not supposed to be snowing!! My immune system is already so shot that I cant seem to stay feeling well when the weather is cold! So Mother Nature please warm up so that I can stay feeling good since Felicity's due date is getting so close. Thanks!

I LOVE...

My new favorite thing is Netflix. Why do I LoVe it so much you may ask? Well here is why.. For only 10 dollars a month and I can watch as many Tv show and movies on my computer PLUS over our WII!!

My latest addiction is the seasons of LOST! I am on season 5 already..

36 and a half weeks

I'm so exhausted, since about Saturday I have had this horrible dry cough that would hurt my chest and really low in my pelvis and since sleeping is already a challenge it has been nearly impossible to get any rest.

This Morning I decided to call our family doctor to get this cough checked out and hopefully get something to help me feel better. Russell ended up having to go into work this morning ON HIS DAY OFF OF COURSE! Well the doctor would be able to get me in this afternoon at 2:30 pm so great that would work Russell would be back by then so We'll be there!

I spent the whole morning in bed resting and watching some of season 2 of lost on netflix. At noon I decided to get up and get ready for the day and things done around the house. Our pilot light on our water heater keeps going out again hopefully someone will be here to look at it tomorrow anyway more on that later.. Russell got home around 1pm at about 2pm I started getting dressed ready to go see the doctor I was coughing.. then um.. some liquid leaked enough to the floor! I was super nervous, excited, and felt so horrible. I called my OB right before we left to go the family doctor and after talking to me they said to come in at 330 after the family doctor to make sure it wasn't amionic fluid.

At the family doctor I learned that my dry cough is just viral so I guess it's good that I don't have bronchitis but also being prego means there is very little that I can take so basically that sucks that I just have to be miserable. All of our doctors are at St. Marks Hospital so after the family doctor we headed to the other side of the hospital to my OB office.

I was contracting, mostly just uncomfortable, then finally they called me back I didn't know what was going on and I was pretty nervous when they took my blood pressure it was pretty high so they had me lie down till the midwife came in and checked me. Toni started just talking to me and asking questions then checked my blood pressure it was back down to normal so we were good. She did a few test examinations and everything was normal on her test so no rupture or anything like that whether that is a good thing or not sure.. :/ since I feel horrible I had not felt Felicity move much today or yesterday so because of that Toni sent me down to maternal-fetal so that they could check the aminonic fluid and monitor her heart beat. My lvls were fine just in the middle of what they like to see and her heart and movement looked good so I was just caught up in being sick that I wasn't paying close enough attention to her.

Well I am home with a HUGE headache, a HORRIBLE cough, and SUPER achy body but happy that we a fine and lets hope Felicity will be here soon!

Baby Cupcakes!!

Don't you think theses cupcakes just so adorable? I sure think so :) they were made for my baby shower. I'm sad that I didn't get more pictures taken! I am so thankful for wonderful mom and sisters who spent so much time and work making the party so fun~ full of all kinds of games and food! Thank you to all who came I got so many wonderful gifts so I am feeling more at ease now that I actually have stuff for Felicity! My due date is May 7th so only 6 more weeks to go I can't believe it!!

St. Patricks Day

St. Patricks Day is also my Daddy's Birthday so we all went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse I have only been there one other time the food was very good, I ate WAY TO MANY OF THE ROLLS but they were amazing!! :) Marci is crafty with all her hair bows she makes for her girls I just love them!!

we had to embarrass dad just a little we had them sing and he had to sit on the saddle it was great and he was such a good sport!! :)

30 Weeks and Ultrasound Update

Today I had another ultrasound and I am glad to say they didn't put me on bed rest! :) The doctor didn't say anything about upping up my exercise at all but they did say that she is still small, but did gain a little weight this last month so instead of like the 21st percent I think she said she is about 25 percent measuring about to be 3 pounds so by no all means she won't be a big baby but she seems to be just fine!

I am getting really nervous about labor I'm really not sure what to expect so I guess that it is a good thing that I decided to sign us up for a child birth class that starts tomorrow so I hope that it will be helpful and able to calm some of my nervous although I am getting very anxious to meet Felicity ..wow I'm going to be a mom! How am I going to do this?

My Baby Shower!

My sisters are throwing me a baby shower on March 20,2010 for family the time will be 12pm-2pm and then from about 2:30-4 there will be a more open house style for anyone else who wants to come. The shower will be held at my parents house in Fruit Heights, UT. I just wanted to let you know so that if you would like to be invited please get me your address. I am trying to work on getting a registry together but really I could use anything since she is my first and I'm not really sure what I will need..
