14 Months old!

A few things Felicity has grown to love this month is:
*First -laying in the tub to splash, kick and put her face in the bubbles I get soaked bathing her!
*second- to eat rasins and chocolate milk.
* Third- dancing.. picking one foot up then the other fast and does it with music or even when she wants something.. like when her daddy gets home and she wants him to pick her up so she can give him a kiss! so cute :) 

 * Fourth- her new word is purple
*Fifth- Super Why and sesame street

I love the pack and play so that I can actually sweep and mop the floor without her getting into my pile or slipping on the floor!  Time is going way to fast!

summer trip

Friday July 1 we packed up Beth's car and took Cody to my parents house and drove 3 hours to Vernal to see our old high friend Hyrum and his family.  I was so nervous to drive so long with a one year old I didn't know what I'd want on our trip so I felt like I wanted to pack up our whole house and take it with.

 The next day headed on the next phase of our trip 9 LOOOONG HOURS to Gillette,Wyoming to visit his sister and her family.  This part of the trip was the real reason I was worried about how Felicity would do with the drive.  There was nothing too much to worry about Felicity is a great traveler!  We drove through flaming gorge and up and around beautiful mountains views to finally reach Wyoming  Flat and boring drive from there and Russell did an awesome job driving the whole way so that I could relax and take care of Felicity.    The road was basically one lane most of the time so it was slow moving.. We are not very good a leaving early or on time for the matter so we finally rolled up to Jennifer's at 9:30 pm!  I think we got finally got felicity to sleep around 10:30 or 11:00pm  it was a very long day!

  Sunday church of course our luck it was at 9am but actually wasn't as hard to get up as I thought it would Felicity woke up earlier then I think she ever has with the light shinning and I had a stomach ache and was so miserable we only went to sacrament I sat on the couch and did absolutely nothing it was great and horrible all at the whole time!

 Felicity didn't get very good naps there so by dinner time she was so grumpy on the fourth she fell asleep super fast in the car driving a short time to where we would watch some fireworks the county was putting on.  We sat at the top of a hill which was cool because we could fireworks all over that random people were setting off even before it was all the way dark but at that time she was not liking the fireworks and it was getting windy a cold so Russ got her all bundled up and cuddling her and when they started she loved it! clapping, smiling, and pointing so I had to run and get my camera!   

 ... and a few minutes later she was sound asleep and we were even able to get her all the way home and in the pack and play without her waking up it was amazing! :)

Tuesday morning we woke up bright and early to come home this time Tracie came with us so I was able to sit in the back and entertain and take care of Felicity it was nice.  We took a different way home so it seemed faster and it was nice having different things to see.  We got home around 5pm  I am so happy to be home  I like having the mountains around :)

A handful

Since Felicity is walking she has become such a hand full.  She is consistently carrying things off.. 

Yesterday at Leah's house I was busy gathering up all of our crap to go home when I hear Felicity in the kitchen "uh oh, uh oh" I go in there her hand is under the garbage can lid, but it is light so it didn't bother her any and don't think anything else about it.  I hurry and wash her hands and go back to crying Leah.  Robin gets home I can't find my keys ANYWHERE!!!  I'm like going crazy I swear I had them on the table ready to go because we needed to hurry up to F.H.E at my parents house so anyways I frantically searching and then Robin says to me "oh and the fun begins I always hated when Gianni but them in the garbage can"  Oh No really!!! Felicity!! YES they were in the garbage can!!

Felicity I getting so smart from trying to buckle herself in the highchair at Ventrano's to trying to dress herself and she is getting pretty good at actually getting one leg kinda in the pants.

Felicity is getting really good at climbing on basically ANYTHING!  She gives kisses and barks like a dog when Cody barks or if you ask her what Cody says. 

A couple of nights ago she thought it was more fun to play with the mash potato's then eat the mash potato's!! There was corn and mash potato's EVERYWHERE!!! even in her hair!!

13 months

This last month Felicity has started walking like crazy even trying to run but just end up tripping.  When she got shoes for her birthday she hated them and now she is always trying to put them on herself and usually ends up bringing them to me.  She always wants them on! 

She refuses to eat basically anything these days which is making her gain weight nearly impossible.  I had a month to help her weight and now because the first couple of weeks she was sick with a virus and a mild ear infection and now this last week and half she is teething!  She is working of four teeth!  Two molars on top bringing six teeth on top and one on each side of the two front bottom ones she already had bringing her total number of teeth to ten teeth!! 

Felicity has learned to open the cupboard doors in the bathroom so we are working child proofing them!

After watching Leah on her real birthday It was just the two of us!  She had a blow out all over the kitchen floor...yuck!  Happy Birthday Mom!!

On Sunday we had cake and ice cream with grandma Beth and Aunt Tracie.  Sadly this is my only picture there Felicity doing her new trick!

The Doctor wants me to boost her calories and take her in next month to make sure she gains more weight but I will post more on that later..  I'm gonna take my poor bronchitis body to sleep.. Goodnight blogger world :)

Don't worry I'm still here

I just wanted to write a quick note and let you all know that I'm still around I am not dead yet.. seriously though I have had this stupid cough going on four weeks now I am so drained so tired and really grumpy even the littlest things set me off as much as I try to be in a good mood!

I now have a one year old I can't believe how fast this year has flown by!  We threw a her a ladybug party at my parents house but I will update more on that later hopefully soon!I had her one year old pictures taken at Target we had so much fun and she loves the camera she smiled the whole time :)

I still babysit Leah she is 3months old now and is so hard!  She cried for basically an whole hour this morning and I couldn't figure out why!  Most days I say to myself I am never having another kid because I am afraid since Felicity is the best baby EVER my next is gonna be like Leah and be so hard I don't think I could handle it seriously Felicity is super easy!  If you haven't met Felicity yet your missing out.. hehe :)

Russell is still doing the Pizza Hut thing and works so hard.  His car died a while back and it just wasn't worth fixing it so he is car less and gets tons of exercise riding his bike to trax and work!
