Visit to see aunt Maura

My little sister has started school at USU so we decided to take a day and drive to Logan so that we could see where she is living and how see how she was doing. I think she is enjoying this new chapter in her life and being on her own and learning new things. (I think she wants to go into child development) :) Grandma Haws then took us all out to dinner at El Sol. Maura's plate got a little to close to Felicity and she put her toy into the sour cream! We had a fun day and got home super late,but Felicity didnt seem to mind I just let her sleep in her carseat all night so I didnt have to wake her up and have the chance she wouldnt go back to sleep!

8 Months

Felicity Crawls EVERYWHERE!! when I leave the room she follows me she really doesn't like being alone. She Loves to talk and express her opinion and loves to read books, and loves the peach Gerber puffs, but doesn't enjoy baby food anymore she would much rather eat what we are eating! The 4th tooth finally broke through it has been much more a pain then the other three!!

The last week she has had a horrible cold the poor girl couldn't sleep she was waking up every hour with a sore throat and stuffy nose! There was a night that she stayed up really late with her daddy playing toys and watching veggie tales until she could have more Tylenol to relax, and one night where Felicity and I had a sleepover in her bedroom on the floor! Finally we are back sleeping through the night and it is wonderful.

2010 in Review

Felicity first Christmas

Christmas 2010

Our Christmas was really fun since it was Felicity's first Christmas on Christmas eve we spent the night at my parents house. We had a little program with the grand kids there was dancing, singing and our little family acted out the story How the Grinch Stole Christmas with me as the narrator, Felicity as Cindy Lou who, Russ as the Grinch, and Cody as max! Then before bed of course we got Christmas Eve pajamas!

Santa was able to find us and brought Felicity a cool turtle and balls toy, Russ got some things for the Wii and I got earrings, tickets to Desert Star and Eclipse. we had fun just being able to spend it with each other and celebrate Christ birth. Abi was afraid of the grinch

3 posts in one day

Our church starts at 9 am (which has been really difficult for us) I usually go straight to the mothers room with Felicity to finish getting her ready for church and stuff with a few other moms. We were having our Christmas program when one of the other Lady's says to me "Did you see that Elder Dallin H. Oaks is here!?" "No!! Really I came straight in here that's awesome!" When just then he started talking he wasn't on the program there just happen to be a few extra minutes.

Russell was teaching Gospel Doctrine so we went to that class and sat in the front row. I really love when my husband teaches its just easier to listen I think he is a great teacher and I feel blessed to have him in my life. About halfway through the class Elder Oaks came into the class just as Russell started to paraphrase a quote by him.

After class was over he walked up to Russ and told him that he was a very gifted teacher! I just had to walk up them so Russell introduced us. It was a wonderful experience and a wonderful Sunday! :)

Thirty-Two

This has been a fun growing and learning week for Felicity because she has learned to clap, she can go from sitting to on her hands and knees, and then from her knees to sitting, and she is beinging to be the little climber.

She loves the camera and knows excatly what to do when I have it.. hehe :)

She wants anything we are eating from icecream to cheerios..

Haws Christmas party

We finally decorated our tree! It turned out really I think..
We are very excited for the Christmas celebations to being! The first party started at my Gandma Haws house we had wonderful food and fun games for the great grandkids.

We also had a Baldwin dinner at Russell's mom house but I have no pictures from that but it was great to see everyone we dont see them very often.
